Belperron’s First Anniversary Collection
Introducing early archival designs and vintage rarities
Belperron is pleased to announce that it will return to Masterpiece London from June 29 – July 5, 2017. Belperron will debut both new and vintage jewelry highlighting the house’s archival designs from the late 1930s and early 1940s. “We couldn’t be more excited to return to Masterpiece London for our seventh year. We have been at the show since its inception and continued to be impressed by the discerning international audience of collectors,” commented Nico Landrigan, Belperron President.
Belperron will debut its first anniversary collection, designs from her early career when she first came to work with Bernard Herz in 1930s Paris. These designs defined her singular style and modern sensibility. Belperron pioneered a new aesthetic in jewelry – organic, tactile and arrestingly modern—for such clients as Elsa Schiaparelli, Mona von Bismarck, Diana Vreeland and the Duchess of Windsor. Asked why she never signed her work, Mme. Belperron replied, “My style is my signature.”
